If you already have a Basic Account all you have to do is sign into your account once it begins and click on the icon in the bottom right that will say something like "activate premier". You'll immediately have access to it.
If you don't have a free Basic Account yet, by all means, click on the link I have in the top right of this website and get one activated so you can take advantage of this awesome opportunity.
